Rocky Point High School student Barbara (Aijia) Feng was honored as an Outstanding Senior Science Student during the annual awards dinner of the Suffolk County Section of the Science Teachers Association of New York State.
Barbara was nominated for this award by Rocky Point High School physics teacher Dr. Jeffrey Spahn based on her outstanding scientific achievements throughout her high school career. She received an engraved plaque to commemorate her achievements during the dinner.
