Scoring a total of 20 points for the Eagles, Rocky Point High School senior J.T. Vessichio took first place for his team in both the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter runs at this year’s Division County Track and Field Championships.
J.T. has had an award-winning season, as he earned the title of leading team point scorer at league meets and was named All-League in the 3,200-meter event and county champion in the Division 3 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter events.
