Rocky Point High School senior wrestler Thomas Dutton has been named the Suffolk County champion and will now compete with teammates Anthony Cirillo and James Matias for the New York State individual championship this weekend. Anthony and James took third place in the county competition and received wild-card positions to wrestle at the state championship.
